Architectural Survey and Evaluation

I Got a Letter That Says I Need to Conduct an Architectural Survey or Evaluation (HSSR). Now what?

Our letter will outline the specifics on what needs to be completed for Section 106 compliance. A letter with a Determination of Effects will not be provided until the work has been completed and the report and associated deliverables have been finalized.

Federal Agency or Tribal Requested Survey and/or Evaluation

If a Federal agency or Federally-recognized tribe requested an architectural survey and/or evaluation report prior to initiating Section 106 consultation with our office we will review the report as part of Section 106 compliance. Please note that your submittal must explicitly state that the report was conducted at the request of said Agency or Tribe.
